Shipping Policy

Ireland, UK, and Europe Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped via An Post and DPD.

  • Local Delivery: Motion Attire offers same-day or next-day delivery for local orders within Ireland.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

  • Processing Time: Orders received before 1:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free of charge On Orders Over 120 and €10 for orders below .

  • Express Shipping: €15 per order.

Out-of-Stock Items:

  • In cases where items are not in stock, there may be a delay in shipping. We will notify you promptly if this affects your order and provide an estimated timeframe for delivery.

  • Motion Attire is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day return policy

At Motion Attire, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

  2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must accompany the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized Order

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [customer service email] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

  2. Packaging: Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Motion Attire is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Motion Attire is not liable for lost or misdirected returns.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

  3. Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective item or incorrect product please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
